HIRING INCENTIVE

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education, Training and Experience Guidelines:
Five years of experience in court administration and management or public administration and finance, including three years of responsible supervisory experience as a court administrator
A bachelor's degree in business/public administration, court management, criminal justice or a related degree Preferred qualifications may include Spanish proficiency Certification (Required):
Level II Clerk Certification issued by TMCEC (Texas Municipal Court Education Center).
Ability to obtain TMCEC Level III Certification within three years.
