Assist in delivery of great patient care.**The value you'll bring to the team:**+ Responsible for assisting in delivering patient care and performs back-office duties.+ Obtains vital signs and records a brief history in the chart.+ Prepares the patient for the exam by the physician.+ Administers injections; Draws blood and performs laboratory tests.+ Assists in office surgery and procedures.Qualifications**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed****Required:**+ Minimum High School Diploma or GED+ Must have completed an education program for preparing medical assistants+ Current Medical Assistant certification required+ Active BLS within first 30-days of employment**Preferred:**+ 1 year of clinic experienceThis facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
