Amergis Healthcare Services is actively lookingfor multiple Physical Therapists who would be interested ina 13-week, Full Time Contract at a Healthcare Facility in MorrisAND Diamond, IL. Additional details of the contract position arebelow:

Position Title: PhysicalTherapist

Location: Morris, IL and Diamond, IL(floating between 2 locations)

Local): $87/hr.

Duration: 13 weeks (Temp to Perm)

Schedule:

•Multiple ShiftsAvailable!

o 4x10s or 5x8s available!

o 40 hr./wk. or 36 hr./wk. available!

o Switch between 7:30am-4pm and 9:30am-6pm

o 7:30am-6pm

o Weekend and Holiday Rotation

Requirements:

- IL Licensure and BLS

- Experience in Acute Care and Outpatient

- Experience in Neuro, Chronic/Acute Pain,Parkinson's, Concussions, or Post-Op preferred
